Stone River Gear - Terms & Conditions

1. Acknowledgments: Orders are acknowledged approved format as outlined in Section 2, Artwork, of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Artwork: Must be black & white camera-ready and suitable for imprinting. Reductions or enlargements $15.00 Net allow 1-2 weeks added lead-time. Digital artwork may be sent via email or CD-R disk. The following formats are acceptable: CorelDRAW X3 (or earlier versions) or Adobe Illustrator CS. E-mailed file size must not exceed 5MB.

3. Payment Terms: Net 30 Days after shipment.

4. Credit Cards: Visa or Mastercard payments accepted

5. Samples: Will be billed at EQP prices. Spec samples will be provided for firm purchase orders placed at specified minimum quantities. All other requests will be evaluated by sales management on a case-by-case basis.

6. Self-Promotion Program: Product will be billed at EQP less 20%. Includes one-color logo/one position and prepaid freight to one location. Orders less than 100 pieces will be subject to a one-time set-up charge of $50.00 (X).

7. Shipping: All shipments are F.O.B. High Falls, NY. Legal responsibility for all freight claims passes from manufacturer to the distributor once goods are consigned to a carrier. Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt for possible damage or shortage and contact the carrier at once if either is found. Split shipments will be charged at $10.00 (X) each.

8. Pricing: Effective January 1, 2007.

9. Set-up/Production Charges: Minimum quantity of 100 ea, Running charge $1.50 (P) for 1C, Under Minimum quantity set-up charge $50.00 (X). Additional colors $0.70 ea (P). Running charges apply to all orders regardless of quantity. If a logo/customization is placed in more than one location, each is a separate running charge.

10. Cancellation/Changes: Cancelled orders are subject to a $30.00 charge in addition to all costs incurred up to cancellation. No changes will be accepted once production of your order has begun.

11. Imprint Methods: Silkscreen, Electro-Etch.

12. Less Than Minimum: Generally orders must be placed for minimum quantity shown. Certain exceptions to this policy will be considered on request. A charge of $15.00 extra will be applied to all orders shipped in less than minimum quantities (except for samples), plus the cost of the sample.

13. Packaging: Gift Box / Re-mailer.

14. Production/Lead Time: All orders require customer approval of a “paper proof” prior to production. Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your proof after submission. Upon approval, Please allow up to 7 working days for shipment of your order. Please note that all lead times are based upon receipt of artwork in an approved format as outlined in Section 2, Artwork of the Terms and Conditions.
